Description This project, which Eek carried out with artist Guido Geelen in 2004, was somewhat similar to the partnership with his ex-wife Jeanine long ago. Guido takes great care and concentrates on the smallest detail, while the designer, forced by the constraints of the production process, has to make choices more often. For this project, they developed special packaging pedestals on which Guido’s sculptures can be presented and can be transported in. He experiences working with Guido as very refreshing. Sometimes he almost envies Guido’s meticulousness and extreme attention to detail, which is visible during the working process and in the final product. This post is also available in: NL
