PLACING AN ORDER

If you have been confused or had problems with how to proceed through our checkout system please let us know via email to [email protected] so we are aware of any order issues.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by your delivery address postcode via the website.
Shipping costs for orders under $75 incur a Shipping fee of $20.

Free Shipping is applicable for any orders over $75.

SHIPPING ZONE

We only ship to postcodes within 40km radius from Mt Waverley.  If you are just outside the Shipping Zone, please contact us directly on 03 9807 2805 or via email [email protected] so we can organise shipping to you directly.

If you are within the Shipping Zone and the system will not allow you to order for whatever reason, please contact us directly on 03 9807 2805 or via email [email protected] so we can organise shipping to you directly.  This may be an error in the shipping system.

DISPATCH

Orders received by midnight Wednesdays, will be dispatched every Saturday.

We will contact you via phone on Saturday with a rough time for delivery.
